Is there not anyone that can give me a recipe for Swiss Steak with Pea Gravy? My son-in-law said his Grandmother made it for him and he didn't get the recipe before she passed away.

Hi, I have been looking on your behalf and found a variety of pea gravies. But you have to ask him. was it a tomato gravy with green peas or a green or yellow sauce made with split peas, a green gravy french style from fresh peas or one made with field peas or blackeye peas. I found recipes for all these- Write again, Ellen
