We are having a graduation party for my nephew and I am in charge of making an electric roaster full of meatballs. How much hamburger do I need to do this???

About 20 pounds, if you make them separately and are just serving/ keeping warm in the roaster. To heat/ reheat, hot up the sauce on top of the stove and preheat the roaster for 20 minutes, then add sauce and meatballs, cover and heat for at least 30 minutes When it reaches 180 on your quick read thermometer in the middle of the pan, turn down to 180.

I am in charge of making baked beans for about
75 to 125 people, depending on how many show up. How many cans of beans should I buy and what size of cans?
