Im cooking for 50 and I have a fish dish and need to know the quanity on how many peices to purchase ? also Im making the famous arroz con gandules and need help converting that as well thks so much....oh one more thing making mini steak tacos for 50 as well , sincerely unique..chef in training :^)

See the plan for 100 table for the fish, use 1/2 the amount for 100.
To make the rice and peas for 100. I use 6 pounds each.
About the tacos; is this as an appetizer for the same event or as a separate entree, or what? It makes a big difference.
