I am in charge for ordering in pop, water and little bags of chips for a fundraiser. We are expecting 450-500 people. Runs from 2 - midnight. This will be run separately from the bar. Any ideas of quantities? It is an outdoor venue and could be a hot day.

If it is an in-and-out function (1 to 2 or 3 hours), use the beverage planning page and count as 500. If it is a come and stay function, you will probably need double. Buy from somewhere you can return unopened case. Do NOT skimp on the ice estimate.
