Potato salad for 60-70 men

I am making potato salad for 60-70 men in two days, and don't know how many pounds of potatoes I should be cooking. I have a 50 pound bag, but think that is 20 lbs more than I should need. Don't want to do to little. I am using small red potatoes and will use them with the skins on.

I only use 35 for 100 mixed adults. Unless it is a football team, 25-30 would be way plenty.
