chicken breasts in 18 quart roaster oven

How long will it take to make a roaster full of chicken breast? I will be putting honey mustard sauce on them as they cook. Thank you so much for any help....graduation party soon! Yikes!

I never try to cook more than 12 pounds of meat in one roaster. You can keep up to 20 warm, but that much will not cook evenly. If you are basting while they cook, it takes longer because unlike an oven, the roaster loses LOTS of heat when the lid is removed. So how exactly are you planning to prepare?
