I am having a graduation open house on 6-12-10 from 2:00 til 5:00 pm with approx. 160 people. I have a large hamilton beach roaster-oven. How many wings do I need to buy and need recipe for cooking them in it. Thank you.

A roaster handles 15 pounds approx as the max for wings. That only serves about 40 people. You probably want to pre-roast the wings and reheat in sauce. Roasters don't do crispy.
