we are cooking 100 Brats for a grad party, can we cook ahead and reheat, or what is the easiest safest way to do them?

Much the best cooked fresh. Can be steamed in roaster, crock pots or pots and held at 180.. Can be grilled. Can be run under the broiler (fastest, but you have to stand over them.
