i am serving shrimp, oysters, mussels for about 50 people. how much do i need ?
Dolor4es, is this like a seafood bar or plated? If plated, you would do about 2 mussels, 2 oysters and 3 ounces of shrimp. If it is self service, you could go double that- people are very greedy about fresh seafood.
