I am planning a buffet for 80 people. Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats. Traditional BBQ sides - baked beans, p. salad, etc.
All adults
How many of each meat should I buy?

I would do 1 burger (3-4 per pound) PLUS 1 brat per person and only enough hot dogs to cover a few foolish folk; what sensible person would choose a dog instead of a brat?
