I am freezing pans of lasagna for a party. Can I bake them frozen, or should I thaw them first?

If thawed overnight in the refrigerator and baked covered, you will be much happier with the texture. Frozen, the large pans tend to be overdone on the edges and underdone in the middle.

Yes, but it is still much better if you then thaw in refrigerator overnight, then bake fresh. And cook the noodles barely done, so they don't get mushy when reheated.
