Brunch for 25 people

Hello,
I'm hosting a party at my home of around 25 people. The ceremony is at 9am the brunch is at 11am. Have any ideas for food that i could make ahead of time (minus the eggs of course)thats easy.

Take a look at the champagne lunch menu (button on the top of the main cooktalk page), it is a great party for this size group at this time of day. Then take a look at the festive family brunch menu/ article, you would use 1/4 their amounts.

You could always add eggs or quiches to the champagne menu if you liked.
