Need quick and easy menu for Christening party

Hey Ellen,
You were so helpful in 2009 with the baked ziti recipe for my wedding reception I had to come back and ask for some more. I'm having a christening party for my 5 month old on March 21, 2010. I looking for an easy menu consisting of an a salad, entree, 2 sides, bread for 25 people and I'm buying a cake. No pasta, maybe a stew or gumbo, some chicken, i don't know.I have a budget about 100$ for food. Any ideas????

what time of day/day of week, how many people, does that budget include wine or alcohol and what kitchen will you be using? What help will you have? Write back.
