pepperoni bread
When I make pepperoni bread, I roll it,place toppings and then roll up into a bread loaf. I keep having the problem that the pepperoni, etc. keeps bursting through the side of the bread loaf while baking. I've poked holes, used less toppings, rolled the dough thicker and stillkeeps happening. Any suggestions?
Thank you!
Is this in a loaf pan or a French bread type loaf?

I would cut the pepperoni much thinner and smaller (dice it) and not put any in the last part to roll up.

this would be a french bread type loaf.
but i will try the bread pan method and see what happens
