Below is the recipe. I plan to double to serve 200, do you think that will work.

15 lbs grounds ground beef
12lbs spaghetti
8 gallons Ragu such
10# bag Mozarella Shredded
10# bag cheddar Shredded
10# American Sliced
8lbs Onion
"Spaghetti season - as needed,
do not put too much will ruin it"
2 Lg Containers parmesan

Yes. See the spaghetti page for important tips on cooking large amount of pasta. You could reduce cheese by adding some cooked/sauteed veggies; peppers, onions, mushrooms...
