How much turkey, stuffing & mashed potatoes do I need to fix for my daughter's 3rd grade Thanksgiving Feast? We have 75 kids & 10 adults.

I would simply count this as 75 people and use the plan for 100 tables, 3/4 the amount for 100. See the article on planning and shopping for a community feast in Big Pots.
