ellen 10/15/09	You need 4-5 ounces cooked ready to eat meat PLUS 3 ounces cooked ready to eat chicken for each person. Thats about 2 pounds raw boneless lean beef for each 7 plus 2 pounds raw boneless chicken for each 9.
