low-carb flour mix

i'm trying to replace white/wheat flours. i've been using 1 lb tapioca, 1 lb almond meal/flour and 2 lbs soy flour. the results haven't baked right, plus there is a wierd smell/taste. any suggestions?

This mix won't work, it has way too much soy (that's the weird taste) and no gluten replacements, which you must have to bake. See any of the low gluten recipes on this site or any of the celiac sites , or purchase gluten free mixes at your local natural grocery.
