having a party for 110 people need to know how much of everyting i would need having wings baked zitti ham and sloppy joe and salads need to know how much baked zitti and sloppy joes

Brenda, this is obviously not your whole menu.

You need to tell me what is the event and the time of day of the party and the length of the party, as these affect amounts. You need to be specific (WHAT salads?) and give the complete menu. Then you need to go to my charts and make some effort at an initial estimate; post it; then I will review and help with the estimate.

Since I posted all the tables in 2004, I no longer do the initial estimates until the party giver has made some efforts

So give it a try and write back.

got married in jamacia have a reception from six to ten there will be ham have 2 13 lb boneless ham 30ponds of wings not sure how much hamburger meat i need for sloopy joes was thinking 12 ponds and five pounds of bake ziti
salad people are bring were having mac and cheese pasta salad potato sald macaroni salad about five pound each and chip pretzels and ring bologna and cheese
and plan on doing buffet style starting at 430 to 630 or 7

You are just about right on the sloppy joes, I might go to 15 pounds. I would add a big vegetable or big salad; twice the better green bean casserole for 60, or the relish tray for 60 would be fine, or 3 gallons of marinated vegetables or 3 bean salad or slaw, or the 100 person serving of Caesar or Greek salad would be just right. Don't forget condiments for the sloppy joes- see the sandwich event page.
