This past weekend I went to a graduation party and noticed the shredded chicken and baked beans were heated in roasters with a film or plastic bag liner. I had never seen them before. Do you use them? The food seemed fine- I ate early. The possible savings in time for cleanup is pretty attractive....

Oven bags are NOT recommended for roasters because they can melt or break when up against the sides, and I have not seen roaster bags. Crockpot bags are only designed to go to 300 degrees. So someone may have been using oven bags, or there may be a new product that I have not seen here yet...
