I am planning a social for my duaghter and we are having sliced ham, sliced salami and coil garlic sausage on platters. There will be about 500 people,I am aslo serving this with rye bread. How many pounds of ham, salami and coil garlic would I need and how many loaves of bread?

I would do 200 people's worth of each if they are equally popular in your community. People take more, and some of everything, when there is a choice. For help with amounts as well as breads and condiments, see the sandwich event page. If you need further help after checking there, write back.
