I am having a graduation party for 150 people. The menu is going to be:
Swedish meatballs
Pork loin
Taco salad
Italian pasta salad
Baked beans
Corn or green beans
I'm not sure if I am going to have a potatoe salad.
how much of each should I have?

Kim, the way this site works is, you use the plan for 100 tables and the various planning articles such as the beverage planning and dessert planning articles to make an estimate, post it, and then I will check it for you. With the baked beans you do not need potato salad, a cole slaw would be good. I would do about 80 swervings each of meatballs and loin, and make the taco salad as basically a side salad.
