tuna or chicken salad
Sherry 06/03/09	Hi, I need to make tuna salad and chicken salad for about 40 people. What quanities do I start with?
ellen 06/04/09	You can see the discussion on the sandwich event page, depends on whether it is sandwiches salad plates, self serve, what are the other dishes, etc. Because you have both, you need to make at least 25 peoples' worth of each- if it is self serve, I would make 1/3 the amount for 100 of each and expect some leftovers.
