I am having a bbq and there will be 35 people attending, how big of a brisket should I get?
Thank you!

You need 18-20 pounds raw boneless brisket for party size portions.

Raw well trimmed brisket you need at least 1/2 pound per person for sandwiches and 2 pounds for 3 persons for plates. It shrinks a lot (more than 1/3 in most cases). A minimum of 5 ounces ready to eat for sandwiches, 7-8 ounces for plates.
