Depends on what else is being served, but for generous party-type portions I allow 1 full pound raw for each 2 people, especially if it is self serve.

Iam sorry we are also serving red potatoes cabbage and carrots and rey bread and it will not be self serve

Then this would be plenty. With careful slicing you could do 130 pounds raw, but I would not suggest less.

That's because brisket only yields 9-10 ounces edible per raw pound.
