cornish hens
I am cooking a small dinner for about 35 and want to do cornish hens. Any thoughts to make sure they are done correctly? I have 2 industrial ovens if that matters
Roasted/ baked stuffed halves are very attractive, less costly and less likely to overcook/ dry out. Just remember that an industrial oven cooks hotter and faster at the same temp than a home oven.
