I am serving 29 adults and 6 children. I want to make sure I have enough. I am serving 19lb of roast, 2 crockpots of chicken and dressing 120oz of green beans, 120oz of corn casserole and 15lb of mashed potatoes. for dessert i have 2 pecan pies, 1 pumpkin pie along with a 9x13 cake. Do I have enough food? This is buffet style.

Yes, good job. Cut the pies in small, half size slices and the cake in 15-18 pieces, people often take several kinds when there is choice.
