Has anyone had any experience with baking with rye flour. Wondering if you can use it to bake biscuits and cakes? My son is doing a gluten challenge without using wheat.

It cannot be substituted straight for wheat flour. And rye HAS gluten, if you are skipping wheat for gluten-free.
