100 pounds for generous servings with leftovers. 75 pounds for just enough, pre-sliced. Turkeys under 16 pounds have better meat. See the article on roasting lots of turkey in the holiday cooing section of big pots for tips.
Turkeys can also be safely and easily raosted frozen.
