Hi Ellen,
I am having a birthday dinner, and need to know how much chuck roast I need for at least 100 people, also I will be serving bake chicken, how much do I need?

Allow 1 chicken (3+ pounds) per each 8 people PLUS 1 pound raw boneless chuck for each 3 persons (or 2 pounds for 5 persons if they are heavy beef eaters).
