Spaghetti pasta salad

05/07/08 		I am throwing myself a birthday party and have invited 150 guest. How much spaghetti noodles will I need to serve 150 people? Also will 4 vegetable platters be enough?

There are several pasta salad recipes for 100 on the site.

See the lotsa pasta page for cooked spaghetti help, but seriously consider doing a baked pasta dish such as the mostaciolli and sausage bake, or lasagna, or the baked spaghetti pie in basic budget entrees; much easier than boiled spaghetti for this large a group.
