Do you know how many chicken's we will need to make chicken & waffles for 100 people? I would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me. We are doing this for our Father?Son banquet.

If you buy pieces, you need about 65 pounds for 100 people. If you buy quarters, you need about 83 pounds- they have more bone and skin.
