how much watermelon and chips for 80 people?

i need to feed 80 people...chips and watermelon. how do i figure out how much i need?

The answers are on the fruit tray page and the plan for 100 page, but I am feeling kind today:

5 pounds potato or 6 pounds corn chips, for a lunch type portion

at least 1/2 pound whole watermelon per person. I allow 1 pound for picnics, etc, as the ones that aren't eaten will keep for weeks in a cool place.
