Potato salad weighs about 10 pounds per gallon and it takes about 3 1/2 to 4 gallons to serve 100, so it should serve about 12 people well.

Use the plan for 100 lists and get 3 times the amount. All these foods are covered. Sandwich condiments, if you are serving the brats in a bun, are on the sandwich event page.
