how many lasagna dishes

grad party for about 150 people; serving lasagna, salad, bread, veg and fruit trays and watermelon boat and cake. friends will be helping to bring in food. not sure how many to ask for of each. please help. thanx

for my son's grad party there will be about 150 people. we're serving lasagna, bread, salad, veg and fruit trays, watermelon boat and cake. friends are assisting with the food and I'm not sure how many lasagna dishes to ask for. please help. thanx

If yhis is a high school graduation you need more food than a college graduation. High school, count 8 persons per 9x13 dish. College, you can count 10 per dish. All the other foods are covered in the plan for 100 lists, the fruit tray page and the veggie tray page and the dessert page.
