FROZEN VEGETABLES
I have 24 lbs of Frozen Asian Stir Fry that my family microwaves usually, can I use the roaster for these veggies as well? Two roasters.
what temperature would I cook these veggies at and how much water would I add.

put about an inch of water into the pan, bring to a boil at 375 or so, stir in the vegetables and clap on the lid. Cook about twice as long as stovetop at home (experiment).
