We are having 2 separate graduation parties. An earlier lunch for adults/family sit-down at a party room -Italian style. At night we will just have teens and a few neighbors at the house- There could be as many as 100 teens coming in and out all night. I was thinking something very simple such as bite size sandwiches and a variety of chips, veggie plate,etc. Any ideas on quantities of small bite sandwiches (these will be bought) and chips (potato, nacho, salsa,pretzels) thanks.Since I am having 2 parties, I want it as simple as possible

You need some heavier food, teens eat endlessly. I suggest some heavy dips, bean, queso, etc, 1/4- 1/3 cup per person.
You want at least 2 full size sandwiches-worth per teen, or 6 mini burgers;
Veggie tray and dips are covered on the veggie tray page.
Chips 6 pounds potato or 8 pounds corn or pretzel will cover 100 with 1 portion each. Allow at least 1/4 cup dip per person.
You could use sweets, cookies, cheesecake bites, brownie bites, mini eclairs or tarts, etc. See the dessert bar page for amounts.
