04/15/08 		How many italian sausages per person for a party of 35. I am also serving lasagna, salad, garlic bread, appetizers and dessert.

04/15/08 		If these are the nice fat ones that come three or four to a pound, one per person is plenty with the lasagna. Sounds like a nice party.
