i am cooking a bonless rib roast for 14 people.how many lbs do i need

3/4 pound uncooked per person, so about 10-11 pounds.

I have a 3.92 lb roast I have maranade it for a few hours with seasoning and meat tenderriser
my Question is at what temp and how long would you recommend I cook it for and is there any thing else you can recommend in preperation for it?
